4. Quotes and Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to VAT where applicable.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for Pool Squad (Pty) Ltd services:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept payment via EFT, credit card, or cash
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• For recurring maintenance contracts, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Pool Squad (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Service Guarantees and Warranties

Pool Squad (Pty) Ltd guarantees the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. Warranties on equipment and parts are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pool Squad (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
