"I had a great experience working with Pool Squad. Both Ricky and Sasha have been amazing to deal with throughout the process. Any concerns I raised were handled with urgency and genuine care. Ricky personally checked in on his crew and wouldn’t sign off on any part of the project without making sure everything met his standard, which really gave me confidence along the way. Sasha was an absolute pleasure to deal with on the admin side — invoices and payments were always clear, smooth, and hassle-free.
